How Our Referrals Work

1. Refer A Client To Us

Just fill out our referral form to send a referral to us & we promise to take excellent care of our mutual client.

2. We Contact the Client

We’ll connect & guide them through our leasing process to help them get the best rent amount for their property.

3. Please provide

If you recommend a property management client to us, they will continue to be your client. We do not engage in competition or take away your clients when they go to sell.

Working with Kerry was a fantastic experience!!...My wife and I are so grateful that we had her on our team. We came to work with Kerry, after learning that we were no longer going to be able to stay in our rental. Kerry did a great job for us. She sold our old house for full price and very fast. She also got our new house, and when it wasn't ready yet she got us a very nice short term rental. She was very knowledgeable and courteous and we would definitely use her again.
